Problem Statement

The US Polo Assn. Mobile App Redesign is a conceptual UI/UX prototype created to explore improvements in mobile fashion shopping. The project focuses on redesigning key screens to enhance navigation, product discovery, and visual consistency, rather than delivering a complete end-to-end solution.

This prototype was designed as a portfolio exploration to demonstrate design thinking, interface clarity, and mobile commerce UX principles. It does not represent a finalized or production-ready application.

Objective

The objective of this project was to design a conceptual UI/UX prototype for the US Polo Assn. mobile app that explores ways to improve the mobile shopping experience. The focus was on simplifying navigation, enhancing product discovery, and creating a clean, visually consistent interface that aligns with the brand’s premium identity.

Solution

Redesigned the app with a premium, modern UI aligned with the U.S. Polo Assn. brand identity.

  • Structured the home screen to highlight collections, offers, and key categories for faster discovery.

  • Improved visual hierarchy using clear typography, spacing, and product-focused layouts.

  • Simplified navigation to create a smooth browsing experience from home to product listing.

  • Used consistent UI components and cards to maintain design clarity across screens.

Learnings & Conclusion

As a conceptual portfolio project, the US Polo App prototype focuses on demonstrating fashion e-commerce UX and UI thinking rather than real-world metrics. The design explores how a premium lifestyle brand could deliver a clean, intuitive, and engaging shopping experience, making product discovery, selection, and checkout more effortless for users.
